The MHK for Michael is raising further questions about the land swap deal between the Department of Education and Children and Heritage Homes.
Alfred Cannan wants to know if the agreement to transfer the playing field at Michael Primary School to the housing developer in exchange for a section of land nearby is still valid.
A select committee was set up at last month's sitting of Tynwald to look into whether the arrangement represents value for money for the taxpayer.
Education Minister Peter Karran will answer Mr Cannan's question when the March sitting of Tynwald gets underway tomorrow.
