Fire at fast food outlet treated as suspicious

Police are investigating after a fire caused thousands of pounds worth of damage to a mobile fast food outlet parked near the Spring Valley Industrial Estate.

The outlet was parked at B&Q when the fire started between 10.00pm on Sunday and 7.30 the following morning.

Officers are treating the fire as suspicious.

It's believed the fire is an isolated incident, but police are warning the public to be vigilant.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area between the relevant times is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
