Noble's Hospital has exceptional facilities for training doctors and an impressive library.
Those are some of the findings of an assessment of the Island's Junior Doctors Training scheme.
Junior doctors are required to spend time at a hospital as part of their training.
The Department of Health says hospitals which are known to provide good educational facilities can often attract quality staff.
