Isle of Man Meats is hoping Tesco will start stocking its products again in the near future.
The supermarket has suspended sales of Manx meat, with Isle of Man Meats now working to remedy some of its concerns to get the products back in the store.
Changes are being made to the documentation process and a metal detector is being replaced with an automatic one.
Meetings have been held in London this week to ensure the situation is remedied as soon as possible.
Tesco will re-inspect the Meat company's procedures before resuming selling its produce.
The meat producers say there are no concerns over the treatment of livestock or the slaughter process.
In December last year, Isle of Man Meats received an A grade accreditation from the British Retail Consortium.
