The average earnings on the Isle of Man have increased by 1.8%.
Figures released by the Treasury today, show the average weekly pay of a person in full time employment was £601.15 between June 2010 and June last year, with a median of £497.81.
That gives an average hourly rate of £16.18.
The statistics were compiled from a random selection of income tax records, with a questionnaire sent to the last known employer of each selected resident.
The research also shows that the average workers does 37.8 hours per week including one hour of overtime.
The average pay is 0.7% lower than in the UK.
