Over 10,000 GP appointments were missed on the Island last year.
The most missed appointments were in Ramsey, which is the surgery with the largest patient list.
However, Peel saw the second highest total of missed appointments, despite having just over half as many patients as Ramsey, and less than the Kensington and Palatine surgeries in Douglas.
It's an increase over 1600 compared to 2009, when around 8800 patients failed to show up for their appointment.
The figures only represent GP appointments not practice nurses.
Health Minister David Anderson revealed the figures following a series of written questions in the House of Keys from Onchan MHK Zac Hall.
