Four directors are being sought to serve on the board responsible for many aspects of the Manx agricultural sector.
The Isle of Man Agricultural Marketing Society oversees the development of fatstock marketing.
The Government says agriculture on the Island is going through a period of change, and that a clear purpose must be identified to add value to the industry.
Directors will need to be aware of trends in the food sector, have experience in finance and marketing and be a strategic thinker.
Those interested in serving on the statutory board must write to Minister Phil Gawne at DEFA's headquarters by February 24th.
