Event to raise awareness of eating disorders

Those worried about eating disorders will be able to get more information on the conditions at an event next week.

The Department of Social Care is supporting Eating Disorders Awareness Week with an event giving advice on recognising eating disorders and where to get help to beat them.

The Manx Eating Disorder Support Group is also part of the event, giving a presentation on the work it does with those suffering from an eating disorder.

The meeting is being held in the iMuseum next Wednesday from 6.30pm.
