Mark Cavendish's next event gets underway today.
The Manx cyclist is part of Team Sky's squad for the Tour of Oman.
The race comes just 4 days after he suffered cuts and bruises in a crash in the final stage of the Tour of Qatar.
On his Twitter page, Cav says he's hoping for a sprint finish to today's stage.
