The Manx Grand Prix costs the Department of Economic Development over eight hundred thousand pounds to stage.
In 2010, the festival cost £815,027, including insurance, medical cover, awards and administrative costs.
Totals for last year are still being calculated, but it's expected to be around £834,000 plus extra costs for the Departments of Health, Home Affairs and Infrastructure.
However, the report does estimate there's been a 10% increase in visitors over the last two years.
Visitors are estimated to spend a total of £5.9million whilst attending the festival.
The figures have been published as part of an ongoing review into the MGP.
