The Minister in charge of the Island's buses says he receives relatively few complaints compared to the number of people using the service.
Last week, Community, Culture and Leisure Minister Tim Crookall says there were forty two complaints about the bus service, with over sixty two thousand passengers using the network.
Douglas South MHK Kate Beecroft called for a public meeting to give more passengers the chance to air their views, but Mr Crookall said he didn't think this was necessary.
However, he is going to look at the timetable for hospital services, after Douglas East member Brenda Cannell explained the new timetable is causing problems for nurses [play clip]
