Police name Andreas fire victim

Police have named the man who died following a fire at a house in Andreas.

74 year old Edward Walter Corlett sustained injuries in the blaze on Monday morning, and died later that day.

He and another occupant at the property in Larivane Meadows were both taken to Noble's.

The fire was in the bedroom, and had been extinguished by the occupants before the fire crews arrived.

Police are investigating but say they don't think there are any suspicious circumstances.
