The Island's Communications Commission has approached the BBC about a report on Ed Miliband's comments about the Island's tax haven status.
The Labour Leader has threatened to have the Isle of Man blacklisted if we don't identify British citizens with money invested here.
The story made the BBC's North West Tonight news programme but there are claims the report was biased.
Home Affairs Minister Juan Watterson called it 'ill-informed parroting of Labour rhetoric' and confirmed the Communications Commission has acted over it.
MLC David Callister also told Tynwald he was unhappy with the way the BBC reported the story.[take cut]
