Police say they're disappointed, that despite their best efforts, some people still chose to risk drink-driving over Christmas.
Nine people were charged over the festive period.
Last time round, ten people were charged.
Over 800 vehicles were stopped during the campaign, which is an increase on the last few years.
Police say they'll continue their efforts to combat drink-driving throughout the year.
They're also encouraging people to shop anyone they think may be driving under the influence of drink or drugs by contacting Police Headquarters or Crimestoppers anonymously.
