Team Sky names Cavendish and Kennaugh in 2012 roster

Team Sky says it will be targeting both sprint and General Classification success in 2012.

Manxman Mark Cavendish joins the team this year, and will be looking to defend his Tour de France green jersey.

He's one of two Manx riders named in Team Sky's 2012 roster, with Peter Kennaugh also in the 28 man squad revealed this morning.

Cavendish says he believes the team is the strongest in the world, and one that will definitely win races.
