Witnesses sought to Strand Street disturbance

Police are asking for witnesses to come forward to a disturbance outside TK Maxx yesterday lunchtime.

A blond male, around 5 foot 9 was seen to shout what are described as very threatening words at another male at around 1.00pm yesterday.

It's believed the aggressor was wearing a green or navy fleece.

Officers say the area was busy at the time, and that passers by may have heard and seen what happened.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
