Chief Minister sends condolences to the Philippines

The Chief Minister has passed on the Isle of Man's sincere sympathy to the Philippines following the flash floods which have killed hundreds of people.

A typhoon struck part of the region on Saturday leaving thousands homeless.

Disaster relief agencies are attempting to get food, water and medicine to survivors.

Allan Bell has written to the Philippines Ambassador to offer the Island's condolences and support.
