The last Tynwald sitting of the year gets underway this morning.
Questions on a rent increase for tenants in public sector housing and the Island's reserves will feature this morning.
There'll also be a motion asking that the legal high MDAI be banned on the Isle of Man.
The party drug was blamed for the death of a 17 year old Ramsey girl earlier this year.
Before the sitting gets underway, new MLC Tony Wild will be sworn in by the First Deemster.
Mr Wild was elected in the House of Keys yesterday, filling the seat left vacant when Clare Christian was elected president.
