Storms force sailing cancellations

More sailings have been cancelled this morning with winds expected to reach 75 miles per hour later today.

The 8.45am sailing to Heysham and the return crossing at 2.15pm have both been cancelled.

The Steam Packet Company will make another announcement before 5.00pm regarding this evening's sailing.

It's expected there will be storm force 10 winds for a time this evening.

Passengers booked to travel this morning are asked to contact the reservation team from 8.30am on 661661.

Ben-my-Chree sailings have been cancelled on 9 days in the last fortnight.
