Plans for fitness equipment for Noble's Park

Douglas Council is planning to spend £20,000 on fitness equipment for Noble's Park.

The board's policy and resources committee has approved the spending for seven items of equipment to be installed in the park.

Similar items have been installed in Mooragh Park in Ramsey and on Westmoreland Road in Douglas.

A further £2700 is to be spent on new picnic tables for Noble's Park.

Funding for 6 picnic tables with protective plates for barbecues has been given the go ahead.
