Nearly half of the money spent so far as part of the town and village regeneration scheme has gone on Douglas.
£327,835 has been invested in the Island's capital, out of the £656,287 spent so far.
Over £1,750,000 of the £8,000,000 fund has been allocated in the two and a half years since the scheme was established.
Chief Minister Allan Bell says the scheme has sparked an interest in town and village centres on the Island, and that improvements are already being seen.
Mr Bell hopes the Government will be able to extend the scheme once the initial funds run out [play clip]
