Nurses and care workers are to get a bonus payment from the Government following pay talks through their union.
Around 1400 hundred workers within the Departments of Health and Social Care will receive a one off payment in January.
Those earning less than £25,000 a year will get £350, whilst those earning more than £25,000 but less than £43,500 will get £250.
Staff earning above £43,500 won't get the payout.
Part time staff will get a pro-rata payment.
Unite says the extra payments can be made without the need to cut jobs.
