Jurby should once again have a village shop within the next week.
Many people were inconvenienced when the store closed in summer.
The previous operators blamed online grocery shopping for a massive loss in business.
The Department of Social Care, which owns the building, has announced it's found new tenants after a delay of several months.
The new shopkeepers are Mr and Mrs Gubby who run the One Stop Shop in Ballaugh.
They had already offered to take over immediately after the shop first closed, but the department said it had to go out to tender.
Jurby Stores is due to reopen by next Monday.
