Generator stolen from closed plantation

Police are investigating after thieves targeted an area of the Colden plantation currently closed to the public.

A generator has been taken from a secure box trailer at the site near Injebreck in Braddan.

The area is currently closed to the public to prevent the spread of a disease affecting trees there.

The box trailer was forced open between 1.00pm on Thursday last week and 10.00 the following morning.
