Two people nominated for LegCo

‎Two people have been nominated for the vacant seat on the Legislative Council.

They are Tony Wild and Brian Rae.

They were proposed by John Houghton and Phil Gawne respectively.

One person is needed to fill the vacant seat created when Clare Christian was elected as Tynwald President.

There'll now be a two week period to allow people time to make objections.

Members of the Legislative Council are chosen in a ballot by the Members of the House of Keys.
