An elderly lady has been hurt after an incident involving two dogs.
It happened at Thornhill Close in Port Erin at around 10.45 on Saturday morning.
The woman was approached by the animals on a public footpath.
She was caused to fall heavily and has extensive cuts and bruises on her hands, face and body.
Both dogs are described as large and one was possibly a chocolate brown Labrador.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or can identify the animals involved is asked to call Port Erin Police Station on 832222.
