Festive spending warning from OFT

Advice on not overspending this Christmas is to be given to the Manx public next week.

The Office of Fair Trading is to hold its Money Management Week, urging people not to spend more than they can afford over the festive period.

The OFT says people often feel pressured to overspend at Christmas.

Representatives from the organisation will be giving talks to a number of groups next week to promote money management.
