A committee has been formed to examine the proposed Electoral Reform Bill which would make big changes to the structure of the Island's parliament.
MLC David Callister's Bill seeks to create eight political constituencies on the Island with three MHKs and a publicly elected LegCo member in each.
It went to the Legislative Council last month, but was referred back to the Keys.
Today, members voted in favour of forming a committee to look at the principles raised by the Bill.
Brenda Cannell, Leonard Singer and Phil Gawne were elected to sit on the committee.
