Two charity swimmers have been rescued by lifeboat crews after getting into difficulties in Ramsey Bay.
Crews went out around 3pm after the lifeboat station's mechanic spotted the man and woman on a ledge at the bottom of the stone pier.
Luckily enough for the pair, they were only around 200 yards away from the lifeboat station.
One of the rescuers said the pair had become hypothermic during their swim.
They were easily picked up by rescuers and checked over by paramedics once they had arrived back on the shore.
