Manx consumers are being told not to eat a certain batch of Lloyd Grossman Korma sauce after two young children contracted botulism.
The youngsters became ill in Scotland at the weekend after eating the product from the TV chef's food range.
The batch of Korma people are warned to steer clear of has a best before date of February 2013.
Thousands of jars have been removed from shop shelves across the British Isles.
Although only one jar is believed to have contained the bacteria, the Department of Food and Agriculture is advising people not to consume sauce from the affected batch.
Botulism is a rare but serious illness.
Symptoms include difficulty breathing, blurred vision and problems swallowing.
