The public will now be able to gain a better picture of the Isle of Man Government's financial position according to the Treasury Minister.
The accounts for the last financial year have been published and will be put before Tynwald later this month.
They show an increase in the General revenue account of 9.6 million pounds.
The Treasury brought in £538m and there was a £10m revenue surplus.
The accounts have been prepared differently this year.
Minister Eddie Teare says it allows people to see better how much has been spent compared to what was budgeted for.
Mr Teare says it also gives more details on assets and cash flow.
