Newly elected Michael MHK Alfred Cannan has a number of questions regarding the land swap at Michael School.
Liberal Vannin's Kate Beecroft wants to know about plans for an incentive to get school leavers into work.
As well as question time, the House of Keys will also elect a Deputy Speaker today.
Meanwhile, Speaker of the House of Keys Steve Rodan will make a statement regarding the election of a Member of the Legislative Council, following Clare Christian's election as President.
In the Legislative Council, Eddie Lowey will ask why the Isle of Man wasn't represented at the recent UK political party conferences.
