The new MHK for Michael will raise a number of questions over the land swap involving the local primary school.
Alfred Cannan will ask Education and Children Minister Peter Karran why the agreement was made, and whether the documents will be made public.
He'll also ask for more details about the public consultation into the deal, and how extra traffic will affect the area.
The Michael School playing field is to be transferred to Heritage Homes in exchange for a larger field nearby.
The property developer wants the land to create an access road to new homes being built in the area.
Mr Karran will answer in the House of Keys on Tuesday morning.
