A helpline has been set up after a memory stick containing the details of disabled patients on the Island was lost.
The Department of Social Care says its been able to contact nearly everyone affected.
The helpline is for anyone who is worried that they might have been affected, or anyone who knows they are affected and has further questions.
Over a hundred service users and staff details were on the memory stick.
The details lost include names and addresses through to sensitive care records.
Those affected have only been told in the last three days, even though the data went missing in August.
Anyone concerned that they might be affected can call 0800 206 1471 between 9am and 5pm
