A memory stick containing the personal details of disabled people has been lost by a government care provider.
The data includes sensitive case records and basic details like names and addresses.
Praxis Care Isle of Man told the Department of Social Care about the loss of the data in August, but it's been kept quiet until now.
Since that time, they say they've been working to identify the information that is missing and take actions to address the data loss.
Details of 107 service users and staff were on the memory stick.
Nearly all of these people have now been contacted and told what information about them was lost.
They've also been given an unreserved apology.
