A Douglas based space organisation is now a member of the space community's most prestigious institution.
The International Institute of Space Commerce has been accepted as a member of the International Astronautical Federation.
The Department of Economic Development says it's a milestone for the Island's space industry, and that it recognises the Island's efforts to be recognised as a central location in the space economy.
Last year the Isle of Man was named the fifth most likely country to return to the moon.
