Chief Minister nominations to be made tomorrow

Nominations for the Island's new Chief Minister will be taken tomorrow.

The politicians who are known to want the top job include Allan Bell, Peter Karran and Steve Rodan.

Mr Rodan is likely to be torn between the Chief Minister's post or staying in the role of Speaker.

The House of Keys sits to elect a Speaker at 2.30 tomorrow afternoon.

The nominations have to be in for Chief Minister by 5pm tomorrow.

Meanwhile, members of the House of Keys will be sworn in tomorrow, following last week's general election.
