The EU has confirmed it's happy with proposed changes to the Island's business tax system.
In this year's budget, it was announced the Island would withdraw the attribution regime for individuals.
The EU's Code of Conduct Group has agreed in principal that the system would no longer be considered harmful after this change.
Treasury officials went to Brussels earlier this week to meet with the group.
The results of the review are subject to confirmation in December
