Chief Minister says small countries can be successful

The Chief Minister has been speaking of the importance of international co-operation for small nations.

Tony Brown spoke at the Small Countries Financial Management Programme, hosted on the Island last week.

The scheme, led by the Manx Government, helps smaller nations to work together and with larger countries.

Mr Brown, who is not seeking re-election to the House of Keys, believes small countries can be a success, and that they deserve to be taken seriously by larger countries.
