Refunds to end concern for ticketholders, hopes OFT

The Chief Executive of the Office of Fair Trading hopes the announcement that HMV will refund Isle of Man Bay Festival ticketholders will bring closure for those owed money.

It was confirmed yesterday that the ticket agent for the festival is to start processing refunds, and expects to complete the process within two weeks.

The OFT has been contacted by many concerned customers since the festival was cancelled in May.
