The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading has welcomed the announcement that Isle of Man Bay Festival ticketholder will get their money back
Ticket agent HMV has announced it's to start returning money to those who bought tickets for the failed event.
Initially, the festival organisers said they would handle refunds, but the money failed to materialised.
HMV will contact ticketholders to arrange the refunds, and expects to complete the process by September 13th.
The festival was cancelled due to poor ticket sales in May, a month before it was due to take place.
