Vandals damage boats in Port Erin

Police are investigating criminal damage to two boats in Port Erin Harbour.

Black paint was poured over them and property onboard was thrown into the sea.

It happened at around 5am yesterday.

Police say four young males were spotted tampering with the boats, but fled the scene before officers arrived.

No approximate age is given for the suspects, but it's believed they may have had paint on their shoes and clothes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Port Erin Police Station.
