A politician believes the state of children's teeth on the Island is a national disgrace.
There is more tooth decay here than in the poorest areas of England.
MLC Alex Downie was the only member of Tynwald to make a submission to a consultation on oral health issues.
The Department of Health has now come up with a strategy to try and tackle the problem over the next five years, but Mr Downie doesn't think it's enough.
He thinks youngsters should brush their teeth at school.[play media file below]
