Breast cancer group holds first meeting

A group has been set up campaigning for improved breast cancer care on the Island.

The Isle of Man Breast Cancer Action Group held its first meeting this week.

The group says breast care on the Island has been diminished by the Department of Health advertising for a General Surgeon with an interest in breast care, rather than a breast specialist.

It says it's already heard from two patients who are unhappy with the new regime.
