There's to be no report from the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading on its investigation into Steam Packet Company prices.
The OFT says changes in management at the operator and the introduction of a rival freight service last year make the investigation irrelevant.
The organisation began looking into the matter in late 2009, but says it now won't be concluding the investigation.
The OFT is thanking members of the public and businesses who submitted their views as part of the public consultation.
