A petition over rules restricting those who buy first time buyer homes on the Island from adding their partner's names to the property is gaining support.
Julie Egan has been collecting signatures, after a neighbour was told he couldn't stay in the first time buyer property owned by his late fiancee.
She hopes to have the matter debated in Tynwald, and has the backing of North Douglas MHK John Houghton.
Ms Egan says there's been a lot of support for her neighbour [play clip]
