Early practices for bigger MGP field

The Manx Motorcycle Club is reminding the public of early closures for practice during Manx Grand Prix.

On the 20th and 27th August, the roads around the course will close at 5.00pm.

The club says this year will see an enlarged field, with an increase in the overall number of competitors as well as more newcomers.

During weekday practices the roads will close at 6.00pm.

Isle of Man Tourism says the event is growing in stature, and that this provides a vital contribution to the Manx economy.
