Tynwald pays tribute to Norway victims

Tynwald is extending its condolences to Norway after Friday's shocking attacks.

76 people died in the bombing is Oslo and shootings on Utoya Island.

Right-wing extremist Anders Breivik has claimed responsibility.

President of Tynwald Clare Christian says she's extending condolences to Dag Terje Andersen who is the President of the Norwegian Parliament and was an honoured guest at Tynwald Day.

Mrs Christian says it's with great shock and sadness that we've heard of the outrages.

She conveys her concern to the country on behalf of Tynwald and the Manx people.
