The Office of Fair Trading is meeting tomorrow to discuss the Isle of Man Bay Festival.
Refunds for the failed event are due to be received by the end of this week.
The OFT will be issuing further advice after discussing the situation.
Many concerned ticketholders have told Energy FM that they haven't heard anything since they applied for a refund over a month ago.
We contacted the festival promoter to confirm whether the refunds will be made on time but are still awaiting a response.
Chairman of the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading Bill Henderson says he hasn't heard from the organisers for a while, but hopes this will change tomorrow [play clip]
