It's hoped a campaign by the Trades Union Council will encourage its members to think about who they'll be voting for when the Island goes to the polls this September.
The TUC is asking people to think about whether politicians are giving value for money.
They've roughly worked out that a local politician costs the taxpayer an average of £80,000 per year, when things like salaries and expenses are taken into account.
The campaign is called the Axe Factor.
The TUC plans to present information but not launch attacks on individual members.
